Case Study 1 - Crisis Management

After the September 11th tragedy, a client asked C2i to review its crisis management plan. Although it had been valid until recently, it was now redundant. Working closely with the client's crisis management team, we could tap into the company ethos to better develop a new plan and training programme.

To make sure that everything worked perfectly, the package was tested at three increasingly involved stages. For the final stage, C2i mounted a full-blown crisis situation coordinated with the client's external support agencies.

The client's employees are now fully aware of how to react in a crisis and staff feedback is immensely positive. C2i continues to work with the crisis management team to ensure that they can always deliver peak performance.
