Case Study 2 - Hostile Environment Intelligence (Russia)

A client who manufactures construction products wanted to expand into Russia. Although it had established a relationship with a local distributor, it was apprehensive about the instability and relative lawlessness of the country.

C2i produced a report about the local economy and power structure which also highlighted any physical risks our client might face. C2i then implemented a security strategy to allow our client's executives complete freedom of movement and operation with round-the-clock protection. The client continues to do business successfully in Russia and is looking to expand its involvement with the country.
